Theres alot of speculation of why this was filmed at night if the show is set to start at 6am... I am in the belif that we have been told that the show deals with incidents that may have already happened.. I think this footage was filmed as something we will see on a screen as CTU reviews it.

Did you see that skit at the beginning of the Emmys, where Jack was on a "hijacked subway car"? And they are clearly on a subway on one of those pictures! Is it possible they shot the Emmy intro sequence quickly while in the process of shooting a subway scene?
yeah, you can tell because the lighting in the shot with chloe is off and her hair color is dark brownish-orangish which is what mary lynn rashkumb's (whatever her name is) hair color was at the emmys. i still think the whole skit was funny and creative though
